Preschool Program
The preschool program at First Steps combines the exploration aspect of the toddler program with a more mature approach to activities; giving the older children the opportunity to participate in games, group activities, and educational opportunities that encourage their instinctual desire to learn and grow, naturally throughout the day.
This inspiring, educational program is offered to children ages 30 months to 6 years of age. We are committed to offering an individualized approach to each child and their specific needs.
Through carefully designed, age-appropriate activities, created to support a variety of skill levels, the children are given the opportunity to learn at their own pace; developing social skills, language skills, numeracy skills and more. The project-based, emergent curriculum in place within this program sparks the curiosity and engages the eager minds of these youngsters, which aids in the development of a life long love of learning.
